His practice includes:
- Mergers & Acquisitions – Advising clients in merger and acquisition and capital formation transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, technology transfer and capital formation transactions.
- Intellectual Property Transactions – Negotiating agreements to develop, share and exploit intellectual property, including joint ventures and strategic alliances and development and licensing transactions; assisting with intellectual property portfolio development.
- Technology Agreements – Preparing agreements related to software and technology service transactions, including license, development and implementation transactions and SaaS transactions; managing matters related to internet-based businesses, such as content acquisition, privacy policies, terms of use and compliance matters.
