$135 Million Syndicated Credit Facility for Jewelry Television

We represented JPMorgan Chase Bank in a $135 million syndicated credit facility for Multimedia Commerce Group, Inc. (commonly known as Jewelry Television (JTV)). We also simultaneously amended and restated a $15 million real estate and construction loan, the proceeds of which are being used for the nearly completed renovations and additions to JTV’s headquarters in Knoxville.
