Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Blaine Smith will speak at the Nashville Bar Association on the topic of “Recent Tennessee Legislative and Case Law Developments.” During his session, Blaine will discuss case law relevant to Tennessee estate planning and probate practice, and Tennessee legislation passed in 2014, including changes to the Tennessee Uniform Trust Code.
