Representation of LFM Capital in its sale of Salient, a Charlotte, North Carolina based manufacturer to Trystar, a portfolio company of Blackstone. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Salient is renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacture of generator docking stations, switchboards, switchgear, control panels, and other automation and control-based power solutions; with a focus on serving the emergent needs of the data center sector, and other commercial and industrial markets. LFM Capital is a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on growth-oriented, lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services companies in the United States. Over the course of its ownership, LFM provided guidance and resources to help drive sales, increase exposure to growing end markets, and implement an ERP system to centralize business processes.
