Turner Henderson assists clients with commercial real estate and debt financing transactions. His practice primarily involves:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of real property.
- Representing real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties and in the financing of such properties.
- Representing both landlords and tenants in sale-leaseback transactions.
Turner also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies which involve financing and real estate issues.
Turner graduated first in his class from Vanderbilt University Law School and earned a B.A. in history from the University of North Carolina.
