We represented the Metropolitan Nashville/Davidson County Convention Center Authority in the issuance of $153 million of bonds to finance the construction of the downtown multi-purpose stadium serving as home for the National Football League’s (NFL) Tennessee Titans. In 2015, the stadium was rebranded as Nissan Stadium.
