Successful Advocacy Against Arbitration Upheld on Appeal

We represented a global hotel chain in a lawsuit in Ohio to recover under a defaulted loan and guaranty.  The defendants moved to stay pending arbitration.  Based on our team’s advocacy, the trial court denied the motion and the court of appeals affirmed.
