Mary Lindley Hubbard is the Managing Director for the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Groups at Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic planning and business operations of the firm’s nationally-recognized Healthcare Practice Group.
Mary Lindley works to devise strategies for expanding client relationships, building national brand awareness, coaching individual attorneys on personal business development plans, and attracting lateral attorneys to the firm in furtherance of the groups’ strategic plans. Her practice management responsibilities include working with the practice group chairs on the financial oversight, people management, and the general operational needs of the group.
Most recently, Mary Lindley served as a Client Lead Management Consultant with North Highland, a business consultancy firm where she worked with clients primarily within the healthcare sector. Prior to her work with North Highland, Mary Lindley worked at Bass, Berry & Sims in a similar capacity to her new role as the Business Development & Practice Manager with the Litigation Practice Group. Mary Lindley also worked in the financial sector in client facing roles at Credit Suisse and U.S. Trust.
Mary Lindley earned a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a double major in political science and communications studies, from Furman University.
