Brendan Glynn counsels clients on real estate and debt finance transactions including:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
- Negotiating and drafting office leases, retail leases, subleases and amendments for landlords and tenants.
- Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
Brendan also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Brendan earned a law degree from American University Washington College of Law and undergraduate degrees in history and psychology from Fordham University. During law school Brendan was a law clerk with Federal Realty Investment Trust and a legal intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
