Internal Investigation for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Services Provider

We represented a mental health and addiction treatment services organization in an investigation regarding allegations of quid pro quo sexual harassment by an executive employee. Following this internal investigation, we counselled the client on appropriate disciplinary action and remedial measures, which were ultimately successful in preventing any resulting legal action against our client.
