We represented a high-tech equipment manufacturer in conducting a complex internal investigation and making related disclosures to multiple U.S. federal government agencies. Working directly with company leadership, we have guided the data gathering and review process, crafted written submissions to relevant agencies, and communicated with agency representatives on behalf of the client.
