Lauren Lovett counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Lauren earned a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law where she graduated first in her class. While there, she served as production editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and competed on the Moot Court Board’s National Competition Team. She holds a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. Prior to attending law school, Lauren successfully completed all four sections of the Certified Public Accountant exam where she earned the highest grade in Kentucky on the audit portion of the exam.
