Clark also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of portfolio development strategies including the filing and prosecution of patent applications in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Clark was a partner at the intellectual property boutique Harness Dickey & Pierce.

It will certainly increase the breadth and depth of our intellectual property practice and allow us to continue to build a strong presence in Washington.”

“Having worked so closely and so well with these terrific lawyers for many years, I am all the more honored to join the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice at Bass, Berry & Sims,” said Clark. “It is indeed a profession-leading practice group, and I look forward to helping further build our presence here in Washington.”
