AFRICAN-AMERICAN AFFINITY GROUP
The African-American Affinity Group (3AG) was created to serve as a forum for members to exchange ideas and information relevant to their experiences as diverse attorneys. The 3AG group is closely tied to the firm's leadership and its overall commitment to real progress.

PRIDE AFFINITY GROUP
The Pride Affinity Group raises awareness and visibility within Bass, Berry & Sims of the firm’s commitment to be inclusive of all forms of diversity, including sexual orientation and gender identity. Membership offers general support, mentoring and networking opportunities, and provides a voice regarding the firm’s policies and practices as they relate to LGBT attorneys.
