Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mary Leigh Pirtle will serve as a panelist during the 2023 Chapter Meeting Kickoff Event hosted by the Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resource Management (MTSHRM). The panel discussion, titled, “A View from the Top. Ask Us Anything.,” will take place in Nashville, Tennessee at Barge Design Solutions on February 23, 2023. The panel will highlight topics, including how the pandemic and consumer tech have changed employee expectations; the importance of providing inclusive work environments and holistic benefits for attracting talent; and how human resources professionals can maximize value by highlighting community engagement and social responsibility.
The Chapter Meeting Kickoff will begin at 4:30 p.m. CDT for networking and light appetizers, and the panel will begin at 5:30 p.m. CDT.
