Kathryn and Julia will examine CMS’ recently proposed rule for the Medicare Home Health Prospective Payment System, which includes significant changes to Medicare provider enrollment and enforcement. The webinar will explore proposed changes that would expand CMS’ authority to revoke or deny Medicare enrollment and broaden disclosure obligations, including universal retroactive revocations, new and revised grounds for revocation and denial, and changes to key definitions and moratorium provisions. The presentation will also address the potential scope and impact of these proposed changes on Medicare providers and suppliers and offer practical guidance on what covered entities and their counsel should be doing now to prepare for compliance.
