Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mary Leigh Pirtle will present at the 2024 UT-Battelle Labor and Employment Training on August 29, 2024 at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory Conference Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Mary Leigh’s session, titled “Conducting Effective Employee Investigations,” will begin at 2:50 PM CST and last approximately one hour. Mary Leigh will provide steps on how to conduct an effective employee investigation, complete with an understanding of legal obligations, as well as best practices for handling sensitive, confidential and complex issues.
