The Tennessee City Management Association Fall 2026 Conference will be held September 16-18, 2026 at the Embassy Suites in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Bass, Berry & Sims member Mark Mamantov will speak on a panel titled, “Utilization of Infrastructure Development Districts (IDD’s) in Tennessee Cities,” alongside Erick Stuckey (City Administrator, Franklin) and Danielle Smith (City Attorney, Bristol). Their presentation will provide a legal overview of IDD’s and highlight two of the earliest IDD implementations in Bristol and Franklin.
