Rachel Shields Williams, the firm’s director of AI and knowledge management, will speak at the 2026 Legal Marketing Association’s (LMA) Tech West x Southwest Conference at a session titled, “What’s Hot in Tech Right Now – Rapid Fire Review.” Rachel’s presentation will offer a tour of the tools and trends transforming how law firms attract clients, strengthen relationships, create content, and make smarter decisions. She will explore emerging AI applications, CRM and relationship intelligence, generative engine optimization and the changing search landscape, marketing automation, content technology, analytics, business intelligence, and standout innovations from conference sponsors and exhibitors.
