$366.7 Million Electric System Revenue Bond Issuance

We represented Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in connection with the issuance of $366.7 million in electric system revenue bonds. The 2024 Series A bonds, totaling $244.3 million and the 2024 Series B bonds, totaling $122.4 million, will finance the expansion and improvement of the Nashville Electric Service (NES) transmission and distribution system. This initiative supports the over 450,000 customers that NES services in the Metro-Nashville area.
