We represented Ardent Medical Services in the sale of its New Mexico Health Plan to Health Care Services Corporation/Blue Cross Blue Shield New Mexico. The Health Plan has nearly 100,000 members, which includes individual, small and large group, and self-funded employer plans, as well as its Medicare Advantage plans. This sale does not include Ardent’s hospitals, providers, pharmacies or clinics.

With more than 400,000 members, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico is the largest commercial health insurer in New Mexico.
