Bob Cooper was the court-appointed Compliance Monitor in a consumer protection consent decree involving the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Daymar Colleges Group. During the two-year monitorship, our responsibilities included employing secret shoppers to pose as prospective students during recruitment and admissions, conducting campus visits, reviewing complaints, observing admissions and financial services trainings, reviewing student files, and interviewing Daymar employees and students.

Daymar College was a for-profit college based in Nashville, Tennessee with more than 35 career tracks in 22 different academic programs. In 2018, Daymar College was acquired and became a branch campus of Hussian College.
