We represented Mid-America Apartments in connection with a development loan with an affiliate of Mill Creek Residential to develop a 239-unit multifamily complex in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The midrise community, contained within twin buildings, will be located within one mile of over 65 restaurants, 1,200 hotel rooms, and numerous entertainment and nightlife options.
