Representation of Healthcare System: DEA Inspection Readiness and Compliance Review

We represented a healthcare system in preparing medical facilities across the country for potential unannounced DEA inspections. Working with former DEA Special Agents and Diversion Investigators engaged as consultants, we facilitated mock inspections, evaluated controlled substances compliance practices, and developed facility-specific compliance plans to address identified risks and strengthen inspection readiness.
