We represented a Memphis investor group in the purchase and closing of the construction loan, PILOT, and bridge loan financings, in coordination with historic tax credit financing, for the rehabilitation of the nine-story, neo-gothic, 100,000 square foot Hickman Building in the downtown Memphis Ballpark District, together with the adjacent 14,000 square foot building to be redeveloped as a parking facility. The project includes residential apartments, retail and office space and will serve as the headquarters of SouthernSun Asset Management, a local investment and mutual fund.
