We represented a global kidney dialysis company in its negotiation with Epic Systems to replace the company’s homegrown EHR platform with Epic’s Care Everywhere Network.  The transaction enabled our client to assist specialty practices to more effectively manage patients and improve outcomes, and permitted our client to collaborate with Epic providers in order to reduce costs and facilitate care.
