We represented a behavioral healthcare organization in an internal investigation prompted by multiple federal filings alleging systemic race and sex-based harassment. Following an extensive internal investigation, we counselled the client on appropriate disciplinary action and remedial measures, which were ultimately successful in resolving the allegations and preventing future legal action. We also counselled the client regarding effective training for human resources personnel as it relates to conducting prompt and effective investigations.
