We represented a multi-office machinery manufacturer in an on-site investigation after its receipt of an anonymous complaint alleging human resources personnel was engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate employee resulting in favoritism and other unequal treatment to other employees. Following this internal investigation, we counseled the client on appropriate remedial measures to address the findings of the investigation, and were successful in preventing any legal action against our client.
