We represented Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners in its acquisition of the Montage Kapalua Bay Resort in Lahaina, Hawaii. The property includes 24 acres of oceanfront on the northwest corner of Maui.
The cliffside resort features 146 residential-style, multi-bedroom suites, an immersive cultural program, four restaurants, Montage’s signature children’s program, a spa, and a collection of privately owned residences.
