Pinnacle Financial Partners Acquire Magna Bank

We represented Pinnacle Financial Partners in its acquisition of Magna Bank, a Memphis bank with five offices, for $83.4 million. Upon the closing of this deal and the CapitalMark Bank & Trust acquisition, Pinnacle is expected to have total assets of more than $8 billion and 42 offices in 13 Tennessee counties. Pinnacle and Magna Bank closed in the third quarter of 2015.
