Protecting a Military Whistleblower

We represented a Navy officer denied promotion because he spoke out against racially discriminatory recruiting practices. After speaking out against the practice, our client was relieved from duty and received a sub-par rating on his next performance review. Our team convinced a military review board to rescind the performance review and recommend our client’s promotion to lieutenant commander.
