We represented Regional Enterprises, the fourth largest HUD manufacturer in the United States, in its sale to Champion Home Builders and Champion Retail Housing, subsidiaries of Skyline Champion Corporation (NYSE: SKY). Skyline Champion Corporation is a leading producer of factory-built housing in North America and employs approximately 7,600 people. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
