We represented Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in reviewing and negotiating all information technology and intellectual property agreements in connection with its implementation and deployment of an Epic Systems EHR system. We continue to assist the client with transition support and third-party contract negotiations in connection with the Epic rollout.
