We represented Renaissance Electronics, a provider of active radio frequency and millimeter wave frequency components, sub-systems, and higher-order assemblies and a portfolio company of Gen Cap America in its sale-to AEM, a designer and manufacturer of mission-critical electronic circuit protection components which is backed by Industrial Growth Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
