Representation of Developer in $5.35 Million Arbitration Award from Site Developer

We represented a developer of a lifestyle center in Connecticut in obtaining an arbitration award against the site developer in excess of $5.35 million for construction costs and attorney fees. We also secured a favorable award on an option to purchase a portion of the development.
