Representation of Hospital: U.S. ex rel. Griffin v. Livingston Regional Hospital (M.D. Tenn.)

We served as lead counsel representing a hospital in connection with a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation and negotiated a successful resolution of False Claims Act (FCA) allegations with DOJ involving medical necessity of in-patient psychiatric services.
