Representation of National Children’s Research Hospital in Construction-Related Transactions

We currently represent a national children’s research hospital in connection with their design and construction transactional work. We are also advising the client with respect to certain construction-related issues and disputes. Our client has a large campus and engages in many construction projects annually, including renovations of existing space alongside new construction.
