Shoals Technologies Group Stock Offering

In connection with a public offering of the stock of Shoals Technologies Group, we represented the Solon Group as selling shareholders, including Dean Solon, founder of Shoals in an underwritten registration offering of common stock. The Solon Group sold 27,900,000 shares, including shares sold as a result of underwriters exercising their option to purchase 3,900,000 shares from the Solon Group. Shoals separately sold 2,000,000 primary shares in the offering.
