SteelPro Acquires CoBuilt

We represented LFM Capital’s portfolio company, SteelPro, who designs and fabricates a variety of structural steel solutions for commercial, industrial and material handling applications, in its acquisition of CoBuilt, a provider of structural engineering services and steel fabrication for owners, integrators, and solutions specialists seeking to elevate equipment, inventory, and even offices. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
