Favorable Settlement for West Coast Mail-Order Pharmacy in DEA Enforcement Action

We successfully represented a West Coast-based national mail-order pharmacy in an administrative enforcement action brought by DEA against one of the company’s pharmacies. We defended the pharmacy against allegations that it violated the Controlled Substances Act and Ryan Haight Act related to the dispensing of controlled substances. We resolved the matter under a favorable settlement with DEA.
