Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to West Tennessee Healthcare in a successful Certificate of Need (CON) opposition project involving the proposed establishment of a multi-specialty, eight operating room and four procedure room ambulatory surgical treatment center (ASTC) in Jackson (Madison County), Tennessee. The ASTC sought to provide surgical procedures in the areas of general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery and urology and to initiate diagnostic cardiac catheterization services.
