The Chefs’ Warehouse Acquires Del Monte Meat Company

We represented The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHEF) in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets and certain equity interests of Del Monte Capitol Meat Co. and its affiliated companies (Del Monte) for approximately $191.2 million in purchase price to be paid at closing, including cash, common stock of The Chefs’ Warehouse and convertible subordinated notes.
