We represented The McKay Institute, LLC (affiliate of Tennessee Oncology, PLLC), an interdisciplinary innovation hub accelerating cancer care innovation through the development, funding and application of transformative ideas, in its investment in VivorCare, Inc., the first virtual survivorship clinic for those living with and beyond cancer. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
