Two Home Health CONs Approved for Paragon Healthcare

Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Paragon Healthcare’s CareMax Pharmacy of Loudon, Inc. in obtaining two Certificates of Need (CON) to establish home care organizations in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Nashville, Tennessee, to provide home health infusion services to patients of Paragon’s pharmacies. The Knoxville office will serve 25 counties in East Tennessee. The Nashville office will serve a 12-county service area in Middle Tennessee. The Health Facilities Commission approved both projects.
