Nashville, Tenn., (July 2, 2013) – Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is pleased to welcome new associate Lindsey Brown Fetzer to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Fetzer will join the white collar practice, focusing on corporate compliance matters, including healthcare fraud and abuse issues. Fetzer has experience in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and has conducted internal investigations and risk-based anti-corruption compliance reviews throughout Asia, Europe and South America.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Fetzer was an associate at two international law firms, resident in Washington, D.C. Fetzer earned her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and earned her B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Fetzer is the latest attorney to join the firm’s Washington, D.C. office which opened in January of 2012, and now includes 10 attorneys.
