During her tenure with the firm, she has held several leadership roles and has been instrumental in launching numerous firmwide initiatives focused on client experience, attorney development, and organizational performance. Rachel Shields Williams serves as Director of AI & Knowledge Management, leading the firm’s efforts to enhance client service and operational excellence through the strategic use of technology, knowledge management, data strategy, and artificial intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience helping global law firms leverage innovation and data-driven insights, Rachel works across practice groups and business functions to advance scalable solutions, strengthen governance of the firm’s information assets, and support the firm’s long-term strategic growth objectives.
