Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Danielle Sloane and Morgan Tandy continued their series for G2 Intelligence – Lab Industry Advisor highlighting recent healthcare fraud enforcement actions involving clinical laboratories. The latest article examined an enforcement action against a California clinic and lab owners that entered into a $10 million settlement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) for allegedly violating the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.
In the article, Danielle and Morgan also discussed other recent legal actions including a self-disclosure settlement and punishment for alleged improper diagnostic test add-ons.
