The August 28, 2015 issue of the Memphis Business Journal included a profile of Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Gil Uhlhorn and his real estate practice. The article details some of the recent Memphis redevelopment projects that Gil and Bass, Berry & Sims have been involved with, including Crosstown Concourse, the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid, Overton Square and others. As the article states, Gil is optimistic about the future real estate opportunities in Memphis, adding, “‘[t]he fact that you have three publicly-traded REITs based in Memphis says a lot about the creative real estate minds here and how there’s plenty of opportunity for real estate growth born out of Memphis to have a positive impact here locally and throughout the country.'”
