Jason represents Fortune 100 brands and technology disrupters, media companies, airlines, quick service restaurants, consumer packaged goods companies, and other advertisers in all aspects of the commercialization of products and services, advertising, marketing, artificial intelligence, new media, branding, privacy, mobile marketing, behavioral advertising, right of publicity, and traditional trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling. He serves as adjunct faculty at Chicago-Kent College of Law and provides pro bono legal services through Lawyers for the Creative Arts. Jason joined Bass, Berry & Sims in May 2026 as one of the founding members of the firm’s Chicago office and currently serves as the Managing Partner of the Chicago office.
