Two strategic transactions led by Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys were recognized as Deal of the Year winners at the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards. The 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala honored the professionals whose activities set an extremely high standard for dealmaking. This year, over 350 nominees, representing over 500 companies, became finalists for the awards.
